Solid Manure Wagon

Today, in a professional dairy or fattening farm, the most frequently used equipment in a biogas plant is manure transport and manure distribution tanker.

It is designed to carry the animal manure in solid form to the field and distribute it homogeneously. The manure spreading wagon is powered by a trailed single-axle PTO and hydraulic motors.

In today’s agriculture, the demand for organic fertilizers is increasing due to the harmful effects of chemical fertilizer application and pesticides. Organic fertilizers, or in other words natural fertilizers, can be grouped under three groups as liquid, solid and mineral organic fertilizers. Solid barn manure is the most widely used of these fertilizers. Many problems are encountered in the application of these fertilizers to the field. For example, there may be great difficulties in the application of solid barn manure to the field. The bad smell, labor and mechanization of this fertilizer are among these problems. Our country, which has a widespread use in some regions in benefiting from solid barn manure, is not yet at the desired level in the mechanization part. Making optimum use of mechanization in dispersing solid barn manure on the field; It keeps the fertilizer application time short, reduces its harmful effects on human health, and provides a uniform distribution of plant nutrients on the field surface.

Solid Animal Manure Spreader Trailer ensures that the organic matter-rich animal manure is evenly distributed on the field surface. Thanks to the vertical auger technology, the fertilizer is distributed more evenly over a larger area and you can do your job without any problems with perfect mechanical harmony.

Manure Disposal Wagon mainly consists of 3 separate units;

1- Conveying unit: It takes its motion from a hydromotor gearbox located on the rear right side of the machine. With the help of a shaft connected to it and the sprockets on it, the movement of the unit consisting of 4 rows of chains and 40 pallets at the base of the machine takes the solid animal manure towards the rear distributor discs. In case of any blockage it is possible to move the chains in the opposite direction. The delivery pallets are controlled by a directional valve on the front of the wagon and the speed adjuster connected to it.

2- Shredder unit: With the help of the spiral shaft placed in two rows parallel to the ground at the rear of the machine and the blades on it, the solid manure brought by the transporter unit is crushed by the rotating shredder blades and conveyed to the dispersing discs. The shredder unit takes its movement from the tractor’s PTO, the movement is transmitted to the gearbox with three outputs under the distributor discs and from there to the sprockets and chain group located on the left side of the wagon with the help of a long shaft.

3- Distributor unit: It consists of a disc placed parallel to the ground behind the wagon. It takes its movement from the PTO of the tractor, the movement is transmitted to the distributor discs by passing through the transmission box under the distributor discs with the help of a long shaft.
